Fresh Smiles have been involved with the Giants GDFL junior football teams for the last few years and it was great to see them get into the ‘pink of it’ to raise approx. $500 for breast cancer fundraising recently. All the girls from U13 upwards wore pink socks with the U11 wearing pink ribbons for their games last Tuesday night.
At Fresh Smiles we firmly believe our ongoing relationship with the Geelong West Giants is a part of a bigger picture that we envisage in the support and the development of junior sporting activity in the Geelong region.
It’s so great to see our pink logo on the girls uniforms! Coincidentally, pink is our corporate colour and it just so happens that the Pink Ribbon Foundation is a major focus of our corporate fundraising efforts this year at Fresh Smiles.
To see the girls participating strongly in footy and getting involved in this important fundraising event highlights the importance of all our efforts in the fight against breast cancer in Australia.
To all the girls and guys, mums and dads and family members who continually front up for training, those cold early winter starts, we at Fresh Smiles are proud to play a small part in the development of junior sport in the Geelong region.
So, what’s next? Let’s try for pink mouth-guards next year! Fresh Smiles supporting junior sport and protecting young people’s teeth on the field!
