At Geelong Orthodontics, we provide clear, upfront information so there are no unexpected costs. Treatment fees vary depending on your individual needs, case complexity, and the type of braces or aligners chosen.
A consultation is required so our orthodontist can assess your smile and provide a personalised treatment plan and cost estimate.
What to expect from your first visit
You’ll meet Dr Vanessa Hawkins to discuss your concerns and smile goals.
A full orthodontic assessment will be completed, including your bite, tooth alignment, and facial structure, along with a review of your medical and dental history.
We will then explain our findings, discuss whether treatment is needed, and outline the best options available. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps.
Please bring your Medicare card if applicable for any x-rays to be Bulkbilled.

Payment options
We offer flexible payment plans, including interest-free options through DentiCare and discounts for upfront payments and family treatments.
Our goal is to make orthodontic care affordable and accessible to everyone.
Private health insurance
If you have orthodontic cover, you may be eligible for a rebate. We provide item numbers for claiming, but we don’t directly process private health claims, this will be something you will need to claim yourself separately.
